Structural composition

Working principle
The machine consists of two stainless steel washing tanks, a slag separator, an air supply and exhaust system, a vortex air pump, a filtering device, and a water supply section. In the process of cleaning and peeling, root vegetables are placed in a hopper surrounded by multiple rolling brush rollers. The brushes are driven by a motor to rotate, and water is sprayed and cleaned from different directions above the vegetables. install
Check before startup 1. After unpacking, use a forklift to transport the machine to the work location. 2. Confirm that the power supply is 220V. 3. Adjust the four foot screws of the machine smoothly. 4. Check if the appearance has been damaged due to transportation. 5. Check the direction of the brush after connecting the power supply. 6. Connect the water spray pipe.
Attention: The installation and wiring of this device should be carried out by qualified and skilled technicians.
Operation usage
1. Place the machine steadily and ensure that it does not shake. 2. Check whether the screws in various parts of the machine are loose or missing. 3. Connect the power supply and confirm that it is 220V 4. Check whether the water supply and drainage are complete, ensure smooth drainage, and install corresponding short-circuit protection and overload protection devices on the power supply line. 5. After turning on the power, check if the brush direction is correct (from the discharge port, the brush roller should be turned clockwise as correct) 6. Connect the water spray flushing pipe. 7. After washing, the material can be returned by opening the return port without stopping the machine. 8. Turn off the power after the cleaning work is completed.
1. The machine should be placed in a stable location.
2. Do not insert your hands into the machine while it is in operation.
3. After using the machine, please make sure to cut off the power before cleaning it.
4. If there is any abnormal noise during machine operation, the power should be immediately turned off and the fault should be eliminated before continuing to operate.
Maintenance
1. After each use of the machine to complete work, turn off the power and clean the machine.
2. Regularly lubricate or replace bearings and reducers that have been cleaned and peeled
